Marble Scultpure, Music and Biodynamic Agriculture workshops can be a new and exciting way to visit Tuscany with us.
Florence Waldorf School came with us to discover and sculpt the white marble called “statuario”, the same as used by Michelangelo for his David.
Lubijana Waldorf students had a biodynamic agriculture working experience, during their art trip in Florence.
Freie Waldorfschule Dresden had a marble sculpure workshop internship with us in 2015, and a engraving workshop in this summer.
Göllner Mária Waldorf Gimnázium in Budapest designed a project of a final-trip-event with live music, choir and eurythmy for Italian students.
Christopher Clouder (School Mentor), and Almut Stolte (Senior Teacher) from the Waldorf School in Florence, with Giovanna Uzzani (Art Historian and Teacher), are helping us to develop this project.
In Florence you can visit the Waldorf School: your students will meet Italian students, see their marble sculptures, share other art works. Your students can visit the homeland of the Renaissance in an inspirational way, finding a new potential involvement throughthe tracks of the art history.
The idea is: students can discover the challenge of the art therapy, in order to support those who attend the hospital as patients and can finally find in the art work an elemenf of an emotional well-being experience. But also they can discover how art itself can be a therapy.
Concerning the accomodation in Tuscany, we can find simple and cheap solutions for your students.
